Homes constructed prior to the 1970s often present distinct structural and technical complexities that require the expertise of a General Contractor well-versed in navigating the challenges of homes from previous eras.

Do we Design + Build outside our primary service area?
Absolutely! We are open to working outside our primary service area on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the scope and timeline of your project, we may consider projects beyond our usual boundaries. Because we have a General Contractor's license in NC and SC, we have completed projects as far away as the South Carolina coast and the North Carolina mountains.
